WHAT IS HUMAN TRAFFICKING?

Human trafficking is a form of modern slavery where people profit from the control and exploitation of others.

The International Labor Organization estimates that at any given time 40.3 million people are trapped in human trafficking.

Florida ranks 3rd in the NATION for human trafficking and we are fighting hard to change that!

WHAT WE DO

Unfortunately, human trafficking is not something that just our foster kids and homeless youth are vulnerable to. Human trafficking can happen to anyone, and our community kids are at-risk of being trafficked as well. In an effort to educate everyone on this growing issue of human trafficking and prevent more children from becoming victims, Place of Hope provides prevention and education services through targeted therapy programs, prevention & intervention, eduction & awareness, and our partnership with Crime Stoppers.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
