Villages of hope

The Alumni Impact Girls Cottage and the Kelly Woods Fleming Extended Foster Care Cottage For Boys provide independent living, residential support and essential life-skills development services for emancipated foster youth and otherwise homeless youth. We are dedicated to providing a supportive and proactive living and learning environment. The cottages provide affordable housing and assistance to youth as they develop life-skills and transition to healthy independence. The cottages serve up to six young adults ages 18 to 25 supervised by full time Case Coordinator.
The Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Village houses the Gary Peters Family Transitional Housing Complex, the first of four buildings that will encompass the Village. It has eight 2 bedroom apartments that will be able to house up to 16 young adults that are no longer able to stay in foster homes, otherwise homeless youth, single mothers and victims and survivors of human trafficking. This program offers comprehensive and effective independent living transition services. These services are key to helping families and youth function optimally in all areas of life, with a focus on pursuing an education, finding a job, obtaining suitable housing, and protecting their health and well-being.
